Gareth visited Wharf Road in Stamford with the Leader of SKDC, Kelham Cooke, to thank the Stamford in Bloom volunteers who help keep Stamford looking beautiful.
Stamford in Bloom is volunteer led who state that the group "aims to encourage everyone to take care of this beautiful, historic town we love through the imaginative use of plants in the limited public spaces we have."
Gareth Davies MP said:
"These volunteers are a fantastic example of the many people in our town who give up their time to keep Stamford looking beautiful with their flower displays and work to improve grass verges. It was a pleasure to meet with them and to be able to say thank you for everything they do."
